We've issued batch 36 and bact 44 last summer.
More than 2 weeks ago, one of the server of batch 36 could no longer open. I've already reported or called the issue on the distributor's number stated on the unit, I did it twice, they told me to call back when their technician will arrive or be notified. However, until now, it's already the start of the third week since I called them, no calll back from them.
I hope upon reading this, response from you will be expected immidiately. I'm sorry for the demand, but i think that should be.
